集团组织结构

董事会的首要责任是管理集团并监督其日常管理和运作。公司执行委员会负责日常运营，并向董事会提出战略、目标、行动和财务报表以及重要投资的建议。ENRX集团有18家子公司，向公司执行委员会报告。
